Every time I go in the store, the employees are beyond friendly, and the service is exceptional. I went in to get a last-minute birthday cake, and the lady was so sweet and accommodating. Bonus- The cake was absolutely delicious along with a great price!

Used to be a great store, until the "sales representatives" (scam artists) started being allowed to post up in the middle of the store to harass anyone who walks past to get them to buy something. Very annoying.
Was just here. They had some fleece lined pants but not in my size. I saw girl "Paige" and she kindly stopped what she was doing to help me. She looked in the back to see if my size was available. Although they did not have my size. She was an awesome help. Thanks Paige!!
First time at this location. I generally shop at a competitor wholesale club. I was pleased witht BJ's. Good selection of everything from household items, cleaning supllies, bulk and prepared foods. There is a wonderfully kind, knowledgeable and helpful woman at the deli, Deborah. When she assisted me she suggested that I find and clip the coupon on the app to use at checkout. As I waited in line there were two women ahead of me who shared that she is always there and goes out of her way to let you know what the sales and best deals are. I was also assisted at the register by another customer friendly woman, but I neglected to get her name.
Low prices for gas in Ohio compared to NY. I have a membership and visa card. Really enjoy the rewards.
I go there weekly to get my products and always come out with something else. I have learned that they do markdown products. I wait until they markdown to my price then I purchase it.
